Sales and Business Development Manager Road Reinforcement 
Location: France

 

Your role:

As business development manager, you are responsible to introduce our Mesh Track® and Fortifix® products and solutions in the market. You hunt for new opportunities and step-by-step build up a solid business.  
In order to make this a success:

  • You build up a strong insight in the market. You know which applications and regions to focus on. You target customers in the road reinforcement market at different levels of the value chain. 
  • You raise the awareness about our innovative solutions. You are able to introduce our products to the existing market by establishing new partnerships amongst dealers, distributors and/or sub-contractors.
  • You convince the road authorities, road constructors, sub-contractors,  about the distinctive benefits of our solutions.
  • You have a deep understanding of the business of our customers, and thanks to your strong project consultancy and advisory skills, you are able to create value for our customers and for the customers of our customers. You create and implement account plans to make their business stronger. 
  • You articulate solutions and demonstrate the realized value. You support the customer project leads by convincing third party stakeholders of the customers’ solution and ensure job site support.
  • You lead the sales process, from price setting to negotiations and closing the deal. You facilitate credit control.

 

What you bring:

  • You have experience in business development / sales and in the asphalt road construction / pavement industry.
  • You have strong networking and communication skills. You are a trusted advisor and act with integrity.
  • You have an entrepreneurial and pioneering spirit to develop your own market. 
  • You demonstrate a passion to win and reach results.
  • You have experience with digital commercial tools as CRM/Sales force or digital marketing.
  • You have strong value selling skills, based on listening, inquiry and analysis. 
  • You have a sound technical understanding and an eagerness to learn.
  • You work with a high degree of autonomy, supported and coached by your manager. 
  • You are fluent in English (speaking and writing). 
  • You travel 80 % of your time.
