Role Overview

Are you ready to drive innovation and excellence in HRIT solutions? Bekaert is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Product Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for IT and HR, and a track record of successful project delivery, we want to hear from you!

 

As the IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, guiding, and governing IT service providers to ensure cost-effective and adequate delivery of IT support and projects in the HR domain. You will work closely with the HR function to drive successful project delivery as prioritized in the HRIS product roadmap, ensuring proper integration of HR solutions in the overall IT landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Govern the HRIT landscape and services to ensure fitness for use and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead service management meetings with HR stakeholders.
  • Hold outsourced IT support teams accountable for quality and stability.
  • Own the HRIT landscape's solution architecture.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with other systems.
  • Maintain documentation of the HRIT landscape.
  • Ensure reliable cost estimates and project plans.
  • Plan IT enablement for HR project deployment.
  • Participate in project management meetings as the first point of contact for HRIT delivery.
  • Contribute to the HRIS product roadmap.

Skills

  • Problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Cooperative management attitude.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems.
  • Capability to design and deliver training sessions.

Previous Experience

  • 4-6 years of relevant international experience in HR and IT.
  • Track record in HRIT project management.
  • Experience with UKG Time and Attendance, SuccessFactors, and HRIT systems integration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant tools for data management, reporting, and analysis

Qualifications and Education

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, IT, or similar.
