Mzdová/ý účetní – Payroll Accountant

Bekaert Bohumín – Bekaert Petrovice

Náplň práce:

• komplexní zpracování mzdové agendy
• komunikace se zaměstnanci a vedením společnosti ohledně podkladů pro mzdy, evidence a archivace podkladů pro mzdy
• komunikace s úřady a státními institucemi (zdravotní pojišťovny, OSSZ, Finanční správa atd.)
• podpora a řešení dotazů v oblasti odměňování a mzdového účetnictví
• spolupráce s týmem při nastavovávání systému a vylepšování postupů, tvorbě a aktualizaci vnitřních předpisů

Co od Vás očekáváme:

• SŠ/VŠ vzdělání
• praxe na pozici mzdové účetní min. 3 roky
• znalost mzdové a pracovní legislativy a souvisejících předpisů
• anglický jazyk na komunikativní úrovni
• dobrá znalost MS Office (Excel, Word)
• výborné komunikační dovednosti a organizační schopnosti
• zodpovědnost, pečlivost a samostatnost
