Purpose and Mission
Join us as a Facilities & Engineering Technician and help shape a safe, sustainable and high-performing manufacturing environment. You will drive improvements across our buildings, infrastructure and facility services, making a real impact on site success.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company standards, legislation, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Manage and maintain site buildings, facilities, and infrastructure to support smooth operations.
- Coordinate and oversee external contractors delivering maintenance and improvement projects.
- Issue and manage Permits to Work, supporting safe execution of site activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve facility performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Define facility and equipment requirements to support current and future business needs.
- Use the CMMS system to plan, record, and track maintenance activities, statutory inspections, and key performance indicators.
Skills
- Experience in Facilities Engineering or a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of building regulations, compliance requirements, and health & safety standards.
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Comfortable using digital tools and maintenance management systems to plan and coordinate activities.
