Sales Manager Masonry and Retrofit Solutions

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • As a Sales Manager Masonry and Retrofit Solutions you have to manage the sales process through frequent and close customer contact. Grow the business through prospect and lead management. Build deep insights in the related market, customers, products and applications. We are looking for a self-driven and passioned person who is flexible and independent.

 

 

To make this a success:

  • You lead the sales process for your region. Through a deep understanding of the business of your customers and thanks to your strong project consultancy and advisory skills, you are able to create value for our customers and the entire chain. You create and implement account plans to make their business stronger. You articulate solutions and demonstrate the realized value of our products. You support the customer project leads by convincing third party stakeholders of the customers’ solution and ensure job site support. You follow-up on receivables and facilitate credit control.
  • You analyze the market, indicate the key-elements of the business, and understand the industry, its players, competition and trends. Next to that the elaboration of the value chain, a SWOT analysis etc.
    Based on your study, you present to the management a commercial growth plan.
  • You grow the business through pro-active prospect and lead management towards potential customers.
  • As accountable for your dedicated geographical area or accounts, you work with a high degree of autonomy, supported and coached by your manager. You manage the objectives; you provide monthly forecasting and reporting.  
     

 

 

 

Your profile

  • You hold a Master in economics, commercial or marketing.
  • You have working experience in sales area.
  • You are familiar with construction industry and have experience in distribution channel and/or key account experience.
  • You have a strong analytical mind in order to come to well-prepared business proposals.
  • You have a good technical understanding, and an interest and motivation to learn about our solutions & products.
  • You are eager to develop yourself further within the commercial domain.
  • You work in a systematic way.
  • You are a team player. You have strong communication and influencing skills.
  • You are ambitious and result oriented.
  • You are based in the UK and are willing to travel regularly.
