About the role

Contribute to safety in operations, through support for safety in maintenance, and adaptation of equipment to safety standards. Support maintenance activities within a specific technician domain (Energy) and takes up the operational lead of technical complex projects.

Safety

• Support site management to ensure plant operations are complying with government laws and regulations
• Daily management of work permits
• Create SOP's of standardized maintenance activities
• Facilitate + document risk assessments related to standardized maintenance activities
• Create Maintenance SOP's related to the group SHE standards
• Organize trainings to embed the maintenance SHE standards into the organization

Energy

• Build and deploy energy management system:
• Develop annual energy saving plan and monitor performance
• Promote the operation of energy management system:
• Improve awareness towards energy of entire organization:
• Detect and appoint ""Energy Champions"" in the departments and train them specifically"

About You
 

Essential skills & competences

• Bachelor level / Technical Qualification. (Mechanical and electrical)
• Highly experienced maintenance specialist
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience
• Safety orientation and background (minimum PRL basic)
• Energy Certifications 50001
• Fluent in English
• Project management
• Team Work
• Decision making on priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Good communication ability.
• Able to deploy the plant goals through the KPI´s.
• Motivated to learn new things.
