About the role

Support maintenance activities within a specific technician domain and takes up the operational lead of technical complex projects.

• Define project and develop the investment study
• Establish planning
• Search resources and coordinate within the different areas
• Implementation and follow up of investments
• Start-up and closing of the project
• Leads / cooperates in TQM projects teams and maintenance improvements projects
• Performance indicators:
• Compliance with the plan: dates, cost, people

About You
 

Essential skills & competences

• Technical Qualification
• Highly experienced maintenance specialist
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience
• Fluent in English
• Project management
• Team Work
• Decision making on priorities.
• Plan and think before starting a job.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Good communication ability.
• Able to deploy the plant goals through the KPI´s.
• Motivated to learn new things.
