About the role

You will be hired as part of the Bekaert Global Graduate program. You will complete 18 months of training, based on three experiences designed to give you the shopfloor insights, cross-functional insights, and international insights you need for your first management role. As part of each 6-month experience you will have specific learning assignments and on-the-job projects. After successfully completing the training program, you will onboard in a role that we identify together, based on your performance in the earlier experiences. Exactly what accountabilities you will have will be defined by the key performance indicators for the role.
