About the role
The ManagementTrainees hired will be part of the Young Potential Trainee Program of Bekaert. The job holder will complete 18 months of training after joining. The training will offer on-the-job experiences across functions and locations. The incumbent will gain the necessary experience and will be ready for taking the position in management and delivering in the identified role at the end of the training period.
Your Impact as Management trainee:
- You demonstrate learning agility and incubate learned knowledge of the organization to get ready for on the job performance in the future
- You understand the organization, the business, products, and organization structure.
- You execute all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations
- You actively participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- You Observe and learn from experienced staff members under the guidance
- You gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- You understand each department’s processes and goals in detail
- You prepare progress reports and share them with mentors/direct supervisor
- You understand and Analyse existing systems and offer new ideas for improvement
- You work in teams and collaborate with others to complete various tasks
