(RCA) Regional Change Agent Utilities (Energy)

Purpose of the Role:

• Drive the continuous improvement linked to his domain, by supporting Plants in the implementation of
           global standards, systems and tools.

• Design together with GCA, studies, lead improvement programs over plants

• Regional role; covers all business platforms

• Approx. 10-15 Plants, different cultures

• Supports Plants in the resulting cost and efficiency improvement, environmental footprint reduction

• Works closely together with Plant Mgrs, Operations/Production Mgrs

Responsibilities:

Identify improvement potential and coordinate regional improvement projects,

              • Perform diagnostics and benchmarking exercises

                            ○ Eg energy measurement BKIZ, energy benchmark,

              • Coordinate regional and improvement project/programs

                            ○ Eg project: implementation of high eff motors

                            ○ Eg program: YKW

Support Plants in the implementation of the new to them concepts

              • Capture new use cases and discuss with GCA

              • Define roll out plans

              • Focus on capturing value

              • Support the Plant in the change management and realization of the impact

              • Support Plants with tips&tricks, expertise,...

              • Loop back findings to design team

Train internal trainers, LCA, Managers (and FLS) in Operations

Capture and share good practices

              • Filter good practices and loop back to global team

              • Follow up the implementation of good practices

Support central team  in developing and improving the global standards

              • Make improvement suggestions

              • Give hands-on support in the development of SFB’s or procedures
