Global SHE Manager BeCare, Compliance and systems

Job Purpose

To develop and deploy behavior safety concepts, manage compliance related processes, implement IT tools and systems in support of the globally managed SH&E processes

What you bring

• Lead & champion the Bekaert Behavioral safety journey globally
• Lead & champion SH&E legal compliance globally with all applicable international / local / legal / Bekaert norms and requirements
• Lead the global SH&E internal / 2nd party audit program
• Lead the global compliance capex portfolio board / compliance capex process
• Lead the selection and implementation of the necessary IT tools to support the SH&E processes
• Act as SH&E business partner for BU Steel Wire Solutions
• Companion in globally defined SH&E related communications, campaigns, H&S week
• Degree Engineering / Operational and Process management
• Strong knowledge / understanding of SH&E processes
