About the role

As we continue to expand our offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and ongoing support of ropes utilizing digitized solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of our business from a product-centric model to a service-oriented one, driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive service strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new service opportunities, develop service offerings, and establish scalable delivery models.
  • Collaborate with peers in other regions to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery and strategy.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote our ropes solutions to key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients across Europe and beyond.
  • Identify client needs and objectives, and position Bekeart's offerings as solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Effectively negotiate contracts and terms to close deals in alignment with company objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully transforming organizations from product-centric models to service-oriented ones.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers in other regions.
  • Strong ability to access and engage with key decision-makers at the strategic level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and potentially globally.
  • Experience in the services business is essential; candidates with experience solely in product-based industries will not be considered.
  • Experience in any of the following industries - O&G, mining, port operation - would be a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
