Purpose and Mission

  • Responsible for delivering best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, customer inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints. 

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all sales enquiries for basic & standard customers are handled effectively from enquiry to cash in accordance with Company procedure.
  •  Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups to meet and exceed customer expectations. 
  • Builds appropriate level of insight into the related market, customers, products, applications and competitors. 
  • Provides necessary information and insight to support monthly forecasting and reporting. 
  • In conjunction with Technical Applications, offers the right solutions through having a sufficient understanding of the business & the customer’s needs. 
  • Follows up on the inquiry process and proactively finds out why we have won/lost etc. Ensure all quotations are followed up within the agreed number of working days after quotation. 
  • Helps to build customer satisfaction within assigned accounts. Proactively measures customer satisfaction at every opportunity, evaluates the feedback and initiates appropriate actions. (NPS) 
  • Handles customer concerns and complaints in a professional way in cooperation with the related internal departments 
  • Be prepared to take on extra responsibility for Premium & Royal customers as and when required. 
  • Provision of accurate and timely responses to all customer queries (not limited to enquiries and orders). 
  • Avalon quotations, third party supplier quotations, SAP order entry, arranging customer account, part & material creations and master data maintenance for all basic & standard customers. 
  • Raising PR’s as required and following through to ensure timely PO creation. 
  • Work effectively with team members, other departments within BBRG & external suppliers in order to respond to customer needs.
  •  Ability to adapt to change to meet the changing needs of the business. 
  • Highlighting roadblocks & pursuing solutions to ensure effective customer service. 
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures, with particular attention to those associated with the responsibilities & tasks above. 
  •  Teamwork – contribution to and support of the overall performance metrics for the Sector Team and ability & desire to improve and be flexible in the approach to assisting other sectors when required. 
  • Administration & maintaining of customer-specific price lists, discounts, bonus agreements accurately in alignment with sales management. 
  • Shares information and understanding on the market and updates CRM regularly in line with the sales process.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in customer service software and tools 
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and issues 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office package, SAP and CRM Dynamics is desirable

Previous Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
