Key Activities and Responsibilities
Sales and Sales administration support:
• Sales data collection, administration, and monthly/weekly reporting in support of Bekaert Emirates LLC
• CRM data uploads in support of sales managers
• Visa arrangements for regular visitors
• Screen relevant commercial events & fairs + news + share with the sales colleagues
• Customer event arrangements (fairs, dinners) in support of sales managers
• Social media posts – in alignment with Group and BU Marketing/Digital Communication
Administration and Facility management:
• Host & accommodate Government inspections and audits
• License renewal of the Saudi entity on yearly basis with the help of Bekaert Emirates LLC
• Book meeting rooms
• Monitor cleaning / security / WIFI / other services as foreseen in the rental contract
• Stock keeping and replenishment office supplies and samples
• Bekaert branded materials stock management
Learn & grow:
• Accounting / financial management obligations of the office: via AEI Saudi
• Payroll administration & payment services: via AEI Saudi
• Upon the handover of AEI Saudi and in line with Bekaert Governance rules: gradually take over accounting and payroll services duties
• Backup role for GM (first outsourced – later in-house) digital signature

Background & Skills
- Native Saudi Arabian
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, business management, or accounting
- Eagerness to learn
- Supportive to colleagues in KSA and Emirates + beyond
- Not afraid of working alone, but reaching out when support is needed
- Strong English proficiency
- Familiar with IT systems and tools; acquaintance with SAP would be an advantage
