Purpose and Mission
-
To support Project Team with all document control functions within Flintstone. To provide backup for administration functions in the event of holiday/illness.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Checking project documentation, ensuring it is completed in the correct format
- Ensuring project documentation is completed according to the project schedule
- Tracking submittals by the project document trackers
- Creating transmittals and submitting to clients
- Creating Manufacturing Record Books
- Ensuring project documentation goes through Flintstone approval procedure
- Liaising with clients
- Liaising with suppliers
- Working with project managers/engineers and all Flintstone personnel
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Document Control role.
- Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in the creation, editing, and management of PDF documents.
- Experience with SharePoint is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Capable of working independently and using initiative to resolve issues.
- People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Calm, professional, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
