Purpose and Mission

  • Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes within the plant

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing Oversight: Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control measures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to optimize production output.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans to meet business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to address production challenges.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, and other departments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Previous Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in manufacturing management or a similar role within themanufacturing industry.

Qualifications and Education

  • Master's degree  in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
