About the role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales and profit growth in in Sweden and Norway for overground construction., particularly in the like floors, rafts, housing and precast. You’ll establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including contractors, concrete producers, designers, and universities. Your ability to manage the sales process, engage with customers, and provide innovative solutions will be vital to the success of this role

- Sales Growth: Drive business growth by managing leads, tracking construction projects, and prioritizing opportunities based on potential.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead the sales process through stakeholder management, from needs analysis and pricing to negotiation and closing the deal.
- Market Insights: Build deep insights into market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and product applications.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Provide monthly sales forecasts, reports, and budget management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Inside Sales, Internal Sales, and Sales Management to ensure smooth lead and customer management.
- Innovation & Design: Support the industry with solutions that improve costs and reduce environmental impact. Work with the commercial team to identify market shifts and collaborate on new product developments.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system and process improvements.

About You
Essential skills & competencies
- Fluent in Swedish and English and reside in Sweden.
- Degree preferably in engineering discipline
- Proven track record in flooring or RMX industry
- Expertise in account management and development of account strategies
- Experience in high-value sales within an international B2B environment
- Ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
- Focus on both current challenges and future opportunities
