About the role

Your Impact as Senior Sales Engineer:

• You plan and design all kind of concrete structures with Dramix® steel fibres or hybrid reinforcement. You will be involved in industrial, residential and infrastructure projects; from industrial floors to high-demanding structures, like watertight raft slabs. You will make use of in-house developed software, as well as commercially available linear and non-linear finite element tools. You will take the commercial and sustainable aspects into account to deliver technically sound, value adding and competitive solutions.  

• As a specialist in the field of steel fibre concrete, you support and advice your sales colleagues and their customers in all their daily, technical challenges.

• You proactively approach, inform and educate engineers, architects, contractors and investors about the possibilities and potential of using steel fibres as alternative reinforcement means and convince them that our designed solutions are sound, safe and valuable for them. As such you will drive the further development of steel fibre applications in the region and contribute directly to the growth of our business.

• You report to the Business Development Manager Europe and to the Area Sales Manager of the Nordics and East Europe.

About You

Essential skills & competencies

• You have or will soon have a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering.

• You are entrepreneurial and you like to build and extend a network.

• You like to deliver superior service by delivering technical advice and making the necessary calculations to make the projects of our customers successful.

• You are willing to travel 25% of your time, mainly within Sweden and to countries around Sweden.

• You speak fluently Swedish and English.
