The Role

We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager who can balance commercial expertise with technical knowledge. You’ll manage multiple customer projects (up to 10 at a time), interpret technical drawings, perform calculations, and coordinate with our internal supply chain. You'll also represent Bexco at conferences and exhibitions worldwide.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Achieve order intake and sales targets, focusing on Benelux, UK, and Nordic markets.
✅ Prepare competitive offers and provide first-line technical support.
✅ Build strong relationships with lifting engineers, rigging specialists, and operators.
✅ Analyze customer needs to provide optimal solutions.
✅ Participate in trade shows and industry events globally.

What We're Looking For

👉 Based in Belgium, preferably fluent in Flemish.
👉 Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial sciences, or business with technical expertise.
👉 Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills.
👉 Self-starter with project management experience or a graduate with a “can-do” attitude.
👉 Ability to work with technical drawings and materials understanding.
