Purpose and Mission

Lead and inspire a high-performing manufacturing team, driving a culture of safety, operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement. Take ownership of plant performance, ensuring customer commitments are delivered while empowering people, optimizing processes, and shaping the future success of our operations.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire production teams to achieve ambitious safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Champion a strong Health, Safety & Environment culture where every employee goes home safe every day.
  • Drive operational excellence through Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and best-practice processes.
  • Manage production performance, KPIs, budgets, and workforce planning to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Partner closely with Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning teams to optimize plant performance.
  • Ensure customer commitments are met through on-time delivery and world-class quality standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop talent, creating an engaged, empowered, and high-performing workforce. 

Skills

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to inspire, develop, and motivate people to achieve exceptional results.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
