Purpose and Mission

Als QA Officer wordt je betrokken bij klant specifieke vragen met betrekking tot de technische eigenschappen van het product en denk je mee na over het opzetten van testen om deze eigenschappen te valideren. Je schrijft de testprocedure uit, programmeert de test en analyseert en rapporteert de resultaten.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

The Role of a Quality Officer:

  • Optimaal organiseren van externe keuringen op basis van de productieplanning en overleg met teamleaders.
  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van externe keuringen (behalve DeepRope® projecten)
  • Naverwerking van keuring; Administratieve verwerking van rapporten en certificaten, doorsturen naar klant en intern archiveren
  • Opvolging facturatie van keuringen
  • Samenstellen van Vendor databoeken (niet DeepRope) volgens specificatie en in lay-out van de klant
  • Controle op deadlines voor opstellen project/order gerelateerde documentatie
  • Certificaten opmaken voor orders
  • Zorgen voor tijdige kalibratie van alle meet- en weegtoestellen
  • Klassement van kalibratierapporten per toestel bijhouden en uitbereiden in geval van nieuwe toestellen
  • Het vertalen van installatie- en gebruiksprocedures van touwen naar specifieke testprocedures om touwgedragingen te simuleren.
  • In overleg met Quality Control Manager deze testen inplannen en opvolgen

 

Skills

The ideal candidate will possess or be able to demonstrate:-

  • Opleidingsniveau: Bachelor in wetenschappelijke richting
  • Talen: 
    • Nederlands: zeer goed
    • Engels : zeer goed (gesproken en geschreven)
  • MS Office (excel, powerpoint, word, outlook)
  • Bediening van testtoestellen in fysisch labo
    • Garen- en lontabrasiemachine
    • Garentrekbank
    • 500T trekbank
  • Textiel- of materiaalkennis is een plus
  • Probleemoplossend kunnen denken
  • Sterke zin naar organisatie, timing en administratieve follow-up
  • Technische aspecten op een correcte en toegankelijke wijze communiceren met interne en externe klanten.
