Purpose and Mission

Support the daily production operations by coordinating teams, ensuring safe working practices, maintaining product quality, and contributing to productivity improvements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and deliver customer expectations. 

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
  • Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Monitor production performance and support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning and effective shift organization.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning teams to address operational issues.
  • Help ensure customer requirements are met through timely production and consistent quality.
  • Support the development and engagement of production employees through coaching and day-to-day guidance.

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience coordinating or supervising teams.
  • Interest in people leadership and production management.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders across the plant.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
