Purpose and Mission

  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities and andle inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to efficient logistics processes.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • "1、收货，清点规格数量，目测材料外购是否符合要求，需要送检的物料出具《送检单》送到QA部门。
    2、发货，核对发货清单及产品标签，并拍照留记录。监督装货发运过程，确保货车出门前司机按照要求做好货物的防护。

    3、退料，确定退料规格、数量无误，标签完好清晰后及时录入系统。
    4、确保账、物、卡保持一致。"                        
    5、保证本人负责区位的装货、卸货操作安全，符合公司要求。
    6、按照要求定期检查吊具，出现破损及时更换。"                        
    7、保持本人负责区位的5S，做到区位内物料标签完整不掉落、包材及时清理，保持消防通道的畅顺。

Skills

  • "1、高中以及上学历。
    2、物流管理或相关专业，熟悉仓库管理系统。
    3、一年以上相关工作经验。
    4、熟悉财务软件、仓库记账。
    5、有效的叉车证。"                                
  •  

Previous Experience

  • No specific experience required, but familiarity with warehouse operations / inventory management software is beneficial.

Qualifications and Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
