PURPOSE OF POSITION

This position has primary responsibility for all financial reporting systems and maximizing the use of all financial tools and IT systems.

Supports management in Bridon-Bekaert in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, safeguarding the assets of the business, reporting financial results in accordance with Group deadlines, preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts, assisting in control and management of the business, ensuring that controls are in place throughout the department and company in order to minimize financial risk. 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform analysis on all financial statements, balance sheets, and account reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with various departments and monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.
  • Prepare and manage reports timely to submit to management and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain report templates for more advanced reports, supervise all enhancement and development requests.
  • Review and analyze data collected from different departments and recommend activities for future income of the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior management and provide update on financial reports, progress and modifications.
  • Administer production and distribution of internal financial reports, compile various cross functional reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and prepare financial reports, document accounting policies according to accounting standards.
  • Maintain issuing of regular metrics, reports and dashboards on financial issues from different areas of business.
  • Develop and maintain consolidated reports.
  • Participate in system migration, analyze data to suit changing requirements, perform reviews and prepare necessary documents.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field,

 

Level of Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or other related fields.Manuafacturing Experience preferred.

 

Skilled at: Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling; Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills and attention to accuracy.

 

Knowledge of:  SAP, Report Writing, all levels of Shop Floor, fluent in MS Office programs
