Key Activities and Responsibilities

You work together with commercial leaders of the different divisions (business units) to define how to embed digital as an enabler or differentiator in their overall business strategy to achieve their ambitions.
You work together with product owners and commercial teams of different divisions (business units) and business domain experts to create product strategies and long-term vision that enables business and IT to build best in class digital solutions.
You own and execute the global product roadmap for a set of digital business model archetypes across all divisions to drive the commercial digital transformation and to realize the value identified. You monitor, follow up, and steer the process.
You define corporate guidelines that drive standardization and maximize scaling for speed to market, balanced with business specific needs key for market differentiation.
You dive deep into business processes and customer touch points and facilitate ideation and design workshops with the businesses, to identify opportunities for digital value creation in the commercial domain. 
You ensure customer requirements, business needs and related as-is and to-be journeys and context are clearly mapped.
You translate digital opportunities into a performant strategy and translate this into a concrete implementation roadmap, with clear priorities, timelines and budgets.
You create user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows based on user research and business requirements. 
You set up digital initiatives and ensure an efficient and agile collaboration in the digital team (business, functions and strategic partners). You continuously optimize those for value impact and ensure KPI’s are achieved. 
You lead digital growth initiatives leveraging the use of data to make fundamental decisions that support the commercial teams in increasing effectiveness and efficiency, but also for encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty. For this, you make use of analytical tools in marketing, commerce and customer experience platforms or through dashboards.
You manage and influence stakeholder alignment, acting as a digital evangelist, promoting digital mindset across all business units.
You provide organizational leadership, direction and coaching to product owners and impacted stakeholders to build and improve their capabilities and competences to run their digital business, to drive adoption and to realize the identified value.
You encourage cross-digital coordination of product tracks to break down silos and strive for a seamless end-to-end customer experience. 
You work closely with IT product managers, solution architects and development teams to ensure a seamless and effective product or service. 
You support and guide the product implementation and change management needs.

Skills

Deep knowledge and experience around digital transformation, customer experience, digital marketing and commerce solutions. 
Strong experience in partnering with Business Leaders and Product Owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for innovation /  improvement, define the product vision for digital customer and commercial, ensuring it aligns with business goals, market needs and customer requirements. 
Expertise in establishing and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their needs and objectives. 
Knowledge of different user research techniques, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing. 
Proven Experience in managing digital projects from conception to completion. Expertise to develop and implement change management plans to drive user adoption and minimize disruption.
Competence to Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
Expertise in establishing business and digital KPIs to track the performance of digital solutions and continuously improve them based on data and analysis. 
Good knowledge of design principles, information architecture, visual design, and interaction design. 
Proficiency in design software like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and prototyping tools for design collaboration.
Experience in working with geographically distributed team, acting as data steward protecting data assets and interest of the organization in validating and governing the master data practices and processes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in leading globally dispersed Scrum teams.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to align technical solutions with broader business objectives.

Proven experience in mentoring and leading project teams.

Previous Experience

Bachelor’s degree in information system or a related field, with experience in the Customer Commercial domain, including demonstrated affinity for Digital Solutions Innovation, Change Management and Adoption. 
A candidate with 10+ years of experience to develop and implement strategies and digital tools to improve business efficiency and processes.
4+ years of experience in a digital solutions leadership role, overseeing and guiding teams in a collaborative environment.
Experience of working with globally distributed teams and partners.
