Your Role

1.Supplier quality performance improvement

- Drive supplier quality improvement with clear KPIs in place(1st pass ratio / complaint ratio / audit score)
- Analyze supplier quality performance with indicator to take effective measures within cooperation
- Support supplier with good quality skills and system to our own maximum benefit,deepen partnership

2.Supplier quality management system audit

- Lead supplier quality management system audit (Yearly audit / process audit / VDA6.3)
- Drive supplier improvement on non conformity with sense of urgency
- Coordinate Purchasing & Sourcing to roll out supplier development actions

3.New source development

- Lead new supplier on boarding process according to playbook
- Support developing from sampling to ramp up 
- Plan and execute supplier development project together with sourcing to refresh supplier pool with good capacity / delivery / quality
- Category with sourcing to remedy supplier pool, eliminate sole source ,add backup ,solve bottleneck

4. Complaint handling

- Coordinate all abnormal cases(assembly / customer /inspection) ,collection, analysis, statistics;quality risk assessment for similar products
- Regular and timely identify the risk of supplier and product, check and verify with sourcing to eliminate the business risk
- Validity verification the evidence be implemented with 8D logical and customer satisfied

5. Quality management system improvement

- Follow APQP to push supplier and company product manufacturing improvement
- Skilled with FMEA to work together with other department during developing new equipment & CTQ/CPP
- Research and develop new inspection technology/method/equipement for IQC

Your Profile

1. Bachelor degree or above,mechanical engineering or related major
2. Skilled in both oral & written of English
3. Broad knowledge and experience of material; mechanical ;engineering and manufacture
4. Skilled for ISO9001 / IATF 16949 / APQP / PPAP / FMEA / 8D / VDA6.3 on tools /system / audit
5. Strong logical thinking , analysis , driving change ,sense of urgency ,ability to take decisions
6. Good computer skills ,team work , ownership  
7. At least 5 years working experience in related field of supplier management
