Your Role

1. Operation and maintenance of lab equipment 
- Operate the lab equipment rontinely in an appropriate way
- Cooperate with enginner to design new compounds reciepe and can follow the quality of whole process

2. Execution of requests from business units and R&D team 
- Deliver technical report with reliable result in required time for the routine test if needed.
- Good communication with customers, including understanding of test background and interpretation of rubber test results

3. Supports to business unit and PTT team
- Active involvement in the activity of rubber test and compound making in the lab
- Coaching on the fundamental of compound design and test

4. Participate Quality and EHS &5s job in lab 
- Good awareness of quality and EHS & 5s
- Active participation in the lab quality and EHS & 5s work

Your Profile

1. Bachelor degree in high polymer chemistry / materials/ mechnical related.( Junior college education can be accepatable if other items meet the requirement )
2. Good knowledge on either high polymeror high polymer materials is essential. Knowledge / experience on rubber/ compound  is preferable. 
3. Acceptable English skill, both written and spoken. 
4. Undergraduate students  prefered or maximum 1 year working experience 
5. Open minded and accept some physical labour.
