Purpose and Mission

  • 作为集团设备维护专家，为集团所有工厂提供设备维护技术支持与管理赋能，通过故障快速响应、预防性维护体系优化、成本对标管控及最佳实践推广，持续提升设备综合效率，降低维护成本，保障生产安全与稳定运行。

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • 1：设备安全、故障处理与维护成本分析
    ① 快速有效地解决安全和故障问题，确保设备高效运行；
    ② 编制大修（BM）及预防性维护（PM）作业指导书（SOP）；
    ③ 对各工厂维护成本进行对标分析，协助工厂控制成本并持续改进
    2：建立与完善预防性维护（PM）体系
    ① 制定并推行GAMM（全球资产管理）PM标准化清单；
    ② 管控PM成本与质量，进行跟踪落实；
    ③ 平衡大修（BM）与预防性维护（PM）费用结构，优化维护周期
    3：设备改造项目技术支持
    ① 为设备新设计提供专业建议，对频发故障进行诊断分析；
    ② 作为工程技术中心与工厂之间的技术桥梁，从维护视角评估改造项目的可行性；
    ③ 将成功实践向全球工厂分享推广
    4：服务各工厂，解决复杂疑难故障
    ① 关注新设备与新工艺的应用，协助工厂推进技术落地；
    ② 协同工厂维护团队共同解决疑难故障，并将问题反馈至设计端推动源头改善；
    ③ 协助工厂开展审核，提升维护管理水平；
    ④ 主导关键项目，支持工厂实现绩效目标
    5：工厂维修人员培训
    ① 提供工艺与设备知识培训，以及GAMM方法论的应用指导；
    ② 维护良好的跨部门合作关系

Qualifications and Education


  • 1.本科及以上学历
    2.机械相关专业
    3.一年以上设备维护工作经验（有集团或跨工厂技术支持经验者优先）
    4.优秀的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够有效推动多方协作
    5.具备系统性的分析和问题解决能力
    6.具备良好的技术判断与决策能力
    7.一定的英语书面及口语沟通能力
    8.具备良好的质量意识、客户意识及安全意识
