Your Role

1. Study Energy China  and provinces which have BEKAERT plants policy&information to give inputs/reference for our purchasing/operation team

- Build up energy information aquiring system and keep policy related to our business up to date
- Periodical share valuable info to GAMM/management team and purchasing/operation coordinator
- Government subsidies understanding and follow up
- Working with Marketing Inteligence team

2. Energy projects follow up and implementation

- Follow up Bekaert energy related projects implementation
- Pro-actively contact with BMS sustainability team and share progress on China plants
- Pro-actively leading the China energy team Bi-weekly meeting
 

3. BMS RCA& Energy Project Manager

- Identify improvement potential and coordinate regional improvement projects
- Support plants in the implementation of the new to them concepts
- Train internal trainers, LCA,Managers(and FLS) in operations
- Capture and share good practices
- Support central team in developing and improving the global standards
 

4. Energy mindset improvement

- Developing energy publicity, compiling training materials on global energy conservation awarenes
- Organize energy saving awareness training and related activities
- Timely feedback management energy activities to management
- Assistant Organize China sustainability activities 

5. Build up and maintain Fit-for-use Energy reduction technology/products pipeline 

- Data analysis methodology learning and MES/monitoring data analysis to provide guideline to daily operation
- Understand and focus on cutting-edge energy saving technologies and products
- Working close to BTEC design team and R&D/PTT team, to see how to intergrate these energy saving technologies 
- Build up long-term energy reduction roadmap which will be launched at the right time
- Give budget reference to plant for these projects( or EMC proposals)
 

Your Profile

1. Master degree or above, major in engineering management, environmental engineering, chemistry, environmental protection
2. More than 5 years related experiences
3. Good knowledge of infrastructure design and local standards etc
4. Exceptional organizational and communication skills
5. Good oral and written English
6. Be familiar with software such as Project Autocad and Office
7. Frequent travel is a plus
