Purpose and Mission

  • Based on company business needs, research and develop predictive maintenance technology, promote robust maintenance quality, provide technical service and lead PDM standardizations, thus provide robust support to maintenance, safety, process, quality and production in each plant.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

1. Develop predictive maintenance technology.

（1）Research and develop predictive maintenance technology together with global PDM expert and promote to the worldwide.
  • （2）Lead regional PDM team to test and apply new PDM technology.
  • （3）Take initiative to find out improvement points on current PDM technology,
     
    2.Promote robust maintenance quality
    （1） Lead PDM team to improve maintenance speed and effectiveness, find or detect early machine failure condition, analyze root cause.
  •  （2）Lead the optimization of maintenance, give easy and effective solutions. ( Including BM & PM, lubrication and inspection... ) , Optimize or use PDM to replace PM or inspection, reduce BM failures, find the root cause and so on.
     
    3.Provide GAMM technical service
    （1） Lead or support maintenance/equipment modification projects with PDM technology.
  • （2）Provide daily technical support to customers based on their VOE.
  • （3）Dig out the value and benefit of technical support. (equipment modification, energy saving, safety upgrade, products quality and so on).
    4.Lead PDM standardizations
    （1）Lead to complete GAMM file on PDM technology method.
  • （2）Complete PDM SOP according to GAMM standard.
  • （3） Increase PDM technology accuracy and complete PDM WLM (work load model).
  • （4）Complete PDM skill assessment and build up skill matrix.
  • （5）Provide a constant stream of talent and up-to-date knowledge for PDM
     
     

Previous Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field

Qualifications and Education

  • ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
     
    1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical.
  • 2. Have 5 years work experience in maintenance.
  • 3. Good ability in analyzing and solving problem.
  • 4. Good communication and coordination skill.
  • 5. Fluent English in both written and oral form.
  • 6. Good consciousness in quality ,customer and safety.
