PURPOSE OF THE JOB

In this position, you will contact with customer directly regarding order fulfillment, and act as a window between external customers and internal different departments/functions within/cross plants. Your professionalism on how to ensure quality service level will contribute to support our Sales in locking/driving more sales volume.

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.To get customer demand updated for a timely consolidated view at regional level to make right direction/strategy. Be responsible for monthly rolling M+6 bottom-up forecast collection and M weekly rolling update from sales as per the rules and timeline.

2.Be responsible for order fulfillment in line with customer expectation and agreed terms. After sales fix order quantity with customer, all of the following administrative order fulfillment will be taken by CSC.

3.Be responsible for sales administrative work, e.g. CN (credit Note) application and follow up, contract management,etc.

4.To support on other back-office work to sales team, e.g. Suppport to stamp for contract/order, necessary report release to sales, etc.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Must-Have:
1. Good communication skill and team spirit is a must;
2. Friendly character and customer service mindset is a must;
3. Eager to learn new things and would like to take challenges/responsibility is key to success on this position. 
4. Good written English is a must, we have sometimes customer plant outside of China.
5. Exposure to SAP transactions or BW report.
6. Frequent Excel and Pivot user. 
7. At least 3 years working experiences

Nice-to-Have:
1. Experience of customer interaction is preferred: like customer service, Sales or Marketing or technical service 
2. Experience of SAP in SD, PP, QM model is preferred, like in planning function;
3. Experience of cross function is nice to have; like being familiar with how differenct functions cooperate. 
4. Oral English acceptable, we sometimes need to have multi-national OCS conference.
