Your role

  1. Lead CSC team
    • X+1 deployment within CSC team
    • Team culture building
    • Maintain & continously improve working flow, to improve working effectiveness & efficiency
    • Direct report growth, PPM, traning & coaching…
  2. Lead "Orders to Cash" flow smoothly
    • Orders handling together with custoemrs, sales, plants, CLC, for an extrordinary delivery performance, flexible and reliable
    • Good cash collections together with sales
    • Belts customers, weekly consignment stock update, quarterly onsite check 
    • Complaint related with CSC working flow handling
  3.  Consolidate & Update forecast

    • Consolidate the sales forecast , weekly, outlook, QUES and X+1

    • Update the forecast in the SAP/excel timely

    • Outlook check with plants monthly, timely update rolling forecast to plants

  4. Organize business intellegence activities

    • Exhibition organization and publicity

    • Commercial contracts/agreements management

    • CRM roll-out in the team

    • MI reports

  5. Organize commercial team activities

    • X+1 meeting/Quarterly meeting

    • Foreign colleagues visits

    • Team buildings

  6. IATF 16949 audit

    • Update the data timely

    • Participate the audite

Your Profile

  1. University degree and above. 
  2. Over one year working experience in customer service or sales support functions. SAP operational experience is preferable. 
  3. Good skills with Microsoft especially Excel. 。
  4. Capable of communication in written and oral English. 
  5. Good interpersonal, with strong sense of responsibility & careful working attitude, good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
