Purpose and Mission

  • Responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative solutions within a specific domain of advanced equipment solutions. This involves leading a team of design engineers and technicians, managing external partnerships and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative equipment solutions across various plants.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy:
    - Develop and communicate a clear vision for equipment solutions within a specific domain of advanced equipment solutions.
    - Lead multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives.

  • Technical Development:
    - Oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions within a specific domain.
    - Ensure the integration of solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
    - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software and system development.

  • Project Management:
    - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of solutions.
    - Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects across different disciplines.
    - Report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Innovation & Research:
    - Stay updated with the latest advancements in relevant technologies and methodologies.
    - Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance equipment solutions.
    - Publish research findings and contribute to the organization’s knowledge base

Skills

  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing global teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of advanced equipment technologies, automation systems, and robotics.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to equipment solutions.

Previous Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in equipment solutions, with a strong background in advanced machines, process equipment, and automation.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing global teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications and Education

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
