Purpose and Mission
Responsible for managing administrative tasks related to HR Operations activities throughout the Hire-to-Retire cycle ensuring efficient and effective HR operations
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Support hiring and onboarding processes, coordinating with hiring managers and other HR team members.
- Process payroll, resolving any discrepancies and ensuring timely payment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
Skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Previous Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
