YOUR ROLE

1. Ensure Master Data is maintained efficiently and accurately, adopting the approach of "first time right"
   • AxIOMAS material maintenance 
   • Bill of Materials (BOM), Recipe, Routings and Production Version maintenance
   • Work center and MES machine maintenance 
   • Basic sales order creation 
   • Quality master data maintenance including BESP/HASP, inspection lot, sample frequency etc.
   • Logistic packing proposal maintenance
   • Other master data maintenace asked by the Supervisor
2.  Make efforts on continuous data quality improvement
   • Report any inconsistency between templates and daily maintenance
   • Make/update operation manuals for a specific scope;
   • Register mistakes from internal & external sources, analyze root reasons, define preventive actions and follow up;
   • Make monthly report on a spefic scope;
   • Assist the Supervisor with preliminary data analysis;
   • Facilitate plant cost accountants on master data based costing analysis;
   • Develop strength area within team, be a coach for new recruitement;
3. IT project support on MDM related
   • Maintain material master data in MP1 during project phase according to Data Steward's guidance;
   • Prepare BOM/Recipe template for mass uploading if required by the Supervior; 
   • Involve BQA test if required by the Supervior or Data Steward;
   • Organize users training on MDM application flow if required by the Supervior or Data Steward;
   • Others

YOUR PROFILE

1. Colleague degree or above;
2. At least 1~2 years ERP working experience, MDM related is preferred;
3. Procificient at office software, like Excel, PPT e.g.
4. Good oral an written English;
5. Good communication skills;
6. Team player, fast learner;
7. Willing to work under pressure;
8. Be careful, diligent and efficient;
9. Flexibility on middle shift and holidays
10. Preferred if have knowledges on POWER BI or MES
