Support the implementation of GAMM rollout and provied the solution for equipment problems in China Non RR 



1. Standardize maintenance plans within a specific domain on Regional level:
 1.1 Regional maintenance plan has to be in line with global maintenance plan
1.2 Global equipment expert has to be consulted/informed  about proposed improvements of existing maintenance plans 
1.3 SOP’s (level III procedures) have to made of maintenance plans and distributed via BDMS 


2. Best practice/knowledge sharing between all involved plants

2.1 Collect all best practices available in the different plants
2.2 Share best practices with global equipment expert, designers and involved plants.  Share info in topical meetings
2.3 Feedback to design of new and existing equipment 
2.4 Support EMR process

3. Spare parts management

3.1 Advice plants which spare parts they should put on stock 
3.2 Define strategic spare parts      


4. Maintenance cost reduction + improve reliability within domain

4.1 Analyze maintenance costs+ breakdown data within domain of all involved plants
4.2 Define projects to reduce costs + improve reliability
4.3 Discuss defined projects with involved plants + agree on implementation
4.4 Implement approved projects


5. Lead maintenance stratege

5.1 Improve of the GAMM files by FMECA/RCM, include of GUC, check list, procedure, WLM, SOP, spare parts list, wagon way of working and so on.
5.2 Lead the pilot and sister plant to test and improve of PM cycle and PM standard by PDCA, ISHIKAWA, Wrench time and son on method.
5.3 Develop the new technology and method, include strong pridective maintennace work
5.4 Standardizations of GAMM files, implement to each plant and do cross check to the each plant.


6. Promote maintenance skill matrix

6.1 Complete of GAMM learning roadmap and training materials
6.2 Every year give enough training and experience sharing to maintenance team
6.3 Complete exam materials and do invigilation
6.4 Support GAMM Academy



1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical / electrical and related (relevant theoretical basis) 
2. More than 3 years of maintenance experience (good maintenance & equipment skills) 
3. Very good problem solving ability and many successful cases
4. Good to use office software and Familiar with management methods ( PDCA, ISHIKAWA, GANTT... )
5. Good ability of organization, communication and coordination 
6. Very proficient English communication skills
