Purpose and Mission

Key Activities and Responsibilities

1. Quality control and assurance 1. Understand, implement and maintain the legal requirement and QMS of ENG in BTEC;
2. Quality control and quality performance monitoring - incoming material control, (critical) process control, final inspection, machine release control, and leading process audit internal and external, NC handling, continuously improve the product quality, service and process quality improvement
3. Customer complaint management
4. Warranty cost management
5. Keep BTEC quality control techniques updated
6. Company-level quality data monitoring, identification, management, reporting
7. Facilitate project management in BTEC with tools and methodology - SCRA, TQM, and PDCA ...
2. Logistics management 1. Define and set up efficient control panel to:
   Supervise performance of warehouse for receiving, storage and deployment.
   Supervise packing and delivery performance according to customer requirements.
   Supervise daily operation of spare parts warehouse.
2. Support dapartment supervisor to set up/monitor/evaluate the KPI of the team members
3. Establish company SHE & Security poclicy and procedure, Promote SHE & Security culture, Risk Management 1. Familiar with related Law and regulations.
2. Deploy group SHE & Security policy to company level.
3. Establish company SHE & Security poclicy and procedure.
4. Organize/Offer training on SHE & Security.
5. Improve employee safety & security consiousness through various kinds of activities. (contest, fire drill, Questionnaire......)
6. Do environment & safety risk evaluation on company and each department, reduce the risk.
7. Establish and complete company ISMS (information security management system),ensure the information security.
8. Check and maintain firefighting facilities on regular basis to ensure the effectiveness.
9. Review group STSC (safety tree score card) regularly, make AAP (annual action plan) and take related action.
10. Promote company STOP observation system, enhance safety consiousness.
11. Check and evaluate 5S in different areas,urge the improvement if needed.
12. Focus on high risk worker, take actions to reduce unnecessary safety accident.
13. Make investigation on accidents (LTA,NLTA,First Aid, Near Miss......),prevent the accident from happen again.
14. Identify and evaluate the environmental risk, manage the chemicals, dangerous waste treatment.
4. Team Management 1. Set up/monitor/evaluate the KPI of the team members.
2. Balance workload of subordinates.
3. Arrange/Give training to subordinates to improve their skill.
4. Develop potential of subordinates through various kinds of ways.
5. Team building to strengthen team adhesion.
6. Forward company or dept. policy and target to team members in time.
5. others Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor promptly

 

Skills

  • Strong ability on data analysis.
  • Good communication and coordination skill.
  • Good skills in office software, SAP experience is preferred.
  • Good English both written and oral.
  • Good customer consiousness and result driven.
  • Have principle and strong sense of responsibility.

Previous Experience

  • At least 3 years management experience.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in quality or logistics or safety management, 2 or 3 years in the field is preferred.

Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree or above.
