  1. Sales performance 
    • Achieve X+1 Sales plans on total sales volume and total contribution margin
    • Key Account Management;
    • Payment collection;
    • Deliver total customer satisfaction;
    • Prepares X+1 and regular forecasts.
  2. Application support and product knowledge 
    • Deliver application knowledge to distributors and users;
    • Provide technical support as needed on site;
    • Build up in depth knowledge of the own product portfolio, the customer's product portfolio and production processes and future business plans;
    • Follow up customer complaints to ensure optimal solutions for both the customer and Bekaert.
  3. New business development 
    • Boost sales in target markets;
    • Identify potential new market opportunities for China sales;
    • Prepare the development of new customers and new generation product portfolio.
  4. Marketing intelligence
    • Collect and analyses market information, such as customers, competitors and industry trends;
    • Study target market;
    • Assist the marketing dept. on market survey;
    • Report all relevant information in customer profile reports, competitor reports, and visit reports.



  • Major in engineering or technical field
  • Work experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing of steel rope/strand/cabling; Sales experience on top of manufacturing background is a plus; 
  • Other Skills:  Very strong communcation skills in written and oral, High ethical standards, good time management skills, highly motivated, market insight
  • Willing to Travel: 75% of working time
