PURPOSE OF THE JOB

- Ensure tax filing timly and define process optmize for continues improvement
- Coordinate with external consultant for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation
- Manage the relationship with tax authorities, deal with daily inquiries raised by tax officers and manage tax audits
 

YOUR ROLE

1. Non-Transfer Pricing Compliance

- Monthly Tax filing (VAT / Surtax / Export VAT refund / Stamp Duty / Land Tax / Real Estate Tax)

- Auarterly Corporate Income tax filing / Quarterly deferred tax reporting

- Annual Corporate Income Tax [CIT] filing

- Prepare application documents for tax deduction on asset loss 

- Withholding Tax [WHT] filing

- Monthly tax accounting & accounts recon

- Corporate Tax registration & de-registration

- Provide tax related documets per other internal and external team's requirement

- Other tax related works

2.  Transfer Pricing Compliance

(i) Transfer pricing documentation [TPD]

- Prepare segment P&L & special factor update with plant finance team's support

- Check and confirm the data in local file

3. Corporate Tax incentive, Corporate Tax preferential treatment & financial subsidy

- Provide reuqired tax related data

4. Tax Audit/Self-assessment

- Inform Tax-COE and review the question list provided by tax authority

- Prepare required documents/information/data per the question list

- Submit the required documents/information/data per the question list to tax authority 

- Follow up the audit/self-assessment result with tax authority

- Settle the tax payments based on audit conclusion.

5. Tax health check 

- Provide information according to health check template 

6. Maintain good relationship within-charge tax authorities 

- Liaison with in-charge State & Local Tax Bureau for daily tax matters

YOUR POFILE

1. Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field
2. 5 years or above working experience in tax profeesional skills of multinational manufacturing companies
3. Excellent communicates skill in both speaking and written of Mandarin & English
4. Problem anticipationand fast solution implementation and be a team player who is able to work under self-motivated and hard driven
5. Be proficient in MS Office and SAP system,Power BI
6. Energetic and enthusiastic
