Purpose of the Job

The role of this position is to support HR Manager for the general HR responsibilities, mainly focus on Learning and Development, Employee Relations and CER


Your Role

1. Learning & Development
-  Fulfill the requirement of IATF16949 Quality Management System
-  Manage training courses with L&D Center to align with training plan
-  Achieve continuous improvement based on the training effectiveness evaluation

2. ER (Employee Relations)
-  Create a good environment and culture (e.g. team building) for talent to work here
-  Establish different communication channels to make sure the company policies can be transferred smoothly, implement the good suggestions process
-  Follow up the engagement and satisfaction survey and provide good suggestions to improve the employees' engagement and satisfaction.
-  Analyze the turnover reasons and provide suggestions to retain the talent
-  Implement the working discipline policy and handle the labor dispute if there is

3. Support CER issue
-  Support central CER Department on Bekaert brand, logo, presentation... 
-  Collect the company news to support Bekaert quarterly magazine issue
-  Update company introduction if there is any change

4. Other jobs assigned by the supervisor



1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, HR, Psycology or related field
2. At least 4 years' Training, Development and Employee Relations experience in multinational company
3. Cross functional (e.g. Production, Quality...) working experience is preferred
4. Strong thinking, analytical and interpersonal skill, quick learner
5. Energetic, highly motivated, self-confident, open-minded
6. Strong communication skill in both speaking & written of Mandarin & English
7. Be proficient in MS Office.
