MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES & SCOPE OF
AUTHORITY & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. Load Boxes to Wingbox 1. Do Quality check packing before loading
2. Load the box to the truck or container
Performance indicators : No Damage Box
2. Stacking Box on Line 1. Store boxes in bins according to SAP data
2. Check the quality of boxes before and when they are stacked in the bin
Performance indicators : No Mix Up and No Damage Box
3. Transfer Box to Other Warehouse 1. Transfer box to the other warehouse according to the group leader schedule
2. Ensure the quality of the box that transferred to the external warehouse
Performance indicators : All boxes recorded in SAP and Files, No quaity
finding
4. Warehouse Management 1. Do 5S
2. Record actual storage bin conditions
3. Operate forklifts and reach trucks
Performance indicators : Good 5S and Safety
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
1. Hold a Senior Technical High School with 3 years experience in production
2. Able to drive a Forklift
3. Good knowledge of the loading and unloading process
