About the role

Your Impact as HR Services Specialist:

  • You manage the payment process, payroll, accruals related to personal rights such as salary, bonus, advance payments, annual leave, severance pay, overtime..etc,
  • You report and monitor Personnel Attendance Tracking System,
  • You follow up necessary notifications that are made to the official institutions and organizations related to personnel transactions, entry-exit, social insurances..etc,
  • You manage the process of the employment of the personnel employed and the termination of the employment of the personnel assigned, in accordance with the legal regulations
  • You support and advise your HR colleagues with regard to payroll & personnel administration and act as a backup.
  • You support HR projects and their roll out within your area of responsibility
  • You ensure data integrity and compliance with regular audits on personal data and documentation.

 

About You

Essential skills & competencies:

 

  • University degree in a related department
  • You have experience in a payroll function, have knowledge of Turkish social legislation and are willing to keep it up to date.
  • You can easily use the relevant Office packages and are interested in further strengthening our digital approach.
  • You are results-oriented, work with concrete action plans and ensure good follow-up.
  • You are a real team player.
  • You are eager to learn, punctual in your administration and can handle figures quickly, correctly and well.
  • You are fluent in English
  • You reside in Izmit
