About the role

Your Impact as Learning & Development Operations Specialist:


  • You will be responsible for the practical planning, coordination, communication, implementation, and follow-up of learning and development initiatives, adhering to the guidelines of local stakeholders and aligning with the learning strategy, labor law, and compliance requirements of the site.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with external learning suppliers such as coaches, trainers, speakers, etc. in the region.
  • You will evaluate internally and externally facilitated learning and development activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and audit requirements.
  • You will organizes venues, RSVPs, catering, training materials, and equipment.
  • You will keep stakeholders well informed and ensures correct cost allocation of training expenses.
  • You will assist with Purchase Orders related to training.
  • You will coordinate, plans, and communicate the local training calendar efficiently.


About You

Essential skills & competencies:


  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Economics, or a similar field.
  • You have preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development activities, preferably in an industrial/production environment.
  • You have very good communication skills.
  • You are very organized, can work independently, and have good attention to detail.
  • You have very good knowledge of excel.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • You reside in Izmit
