Purpose and Mission

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner for the business, managing end‑to‑end hiring and advising stakeholders on talent decisions.

Your Role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles and Global stakeholders
  • Lead intake meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
  • Define and execute effective sourcing strategies and select the right recruitment channels
  • Drive professional candidate selection and interviews
  • Partner with internal and external recruitment providers
  • Position Bekaert as an employer of choice in the Portuguese labor market
  • Provide advice and guidance on recruitment best practices and market insights

Your Profile

  • Min 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of the labor market, sourcing channels, and interview techniques
  • Comfortable operating independently with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
  • Proactive, service‑oriented, and business‑focused mindset
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese is a strong asset)
