Purpose and Mission

The role supports Group Treasury by ensuring the accurate processing, settlement, accounting and reporting of treasury transactions, with a particular focus on intercompany settlements and netting cycles. The position contributes to strong control, efficient payments processing, and reliable treasury data across the Group.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Validate and process treasury transactions in line with policies and procedures.
  • Execute and control third-party and intercompany payments, including netting cycles.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate settlement.
  • Ensure internal and external bank statements are processed timely and accurately
  • Maintain treasury master data (bank accounts, counterparties, netting entities) and treasury related legal documentation (internal loans, KYC, bank mandates, etc.).
  • Support accounting entries, accruals, mark-to-market calculations and treasury reporting.
  • Contribute to system controls, automation and process improvements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Excel; exposure to SAP, Treasury Management Systems and MS Access is an advantage.
  • Structured, proactive and able to work to deadlines.
  • Good communication and international cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive attitude with an interest in automation and process improvements.
  • English required, any other language an asset.

Qualification & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance operations, accounting or a similar role.
  • Initial exposure to treasury instruments, payments processing, reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • Treasury or accounting qualifications are an advantage but not required at this stage.
