We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager – Underground (North)  to help us to expand our business. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationship with clients.


Job Overview

The main goal of Business Development Manager – North will be, to promote Steel Fibre reinforced solution in the region. The Candidate should have a strong commercial sense, work independently & a team player.



  • Strategic planning for product penetration and market development to the targeted market in the region according to company’s objective
  • Propose Steel Fibre reinforced concrete solution to the end client, such as Contractors and Consultant
  • Propose, develop and implement regional business development strategy to achieve business objective
  • Develop and maintain on-going relationship with major customer and potential new account
  • Actively looking for opportunities for new business in the industry.
  • To provide market intelligence and knowledge on the industry.  
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.


A Civil Engineer (having management degree will be added advantage ) with 10 years of industry experience (specially underground construction ) & have following qualities:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Proven track record.
  • Experience in customer support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills.
