To be successful as a customer relationship system manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. Ultimately, an outstanding customer relationship system manager will work closely with sales and accounts managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients.

Primary Function:

 

The core responsibility as the CRM System Manager is the process of defining system requirements and customizing the CRM platform.  The development, execution and continuous refinement of multi-channel consumer relations, programs, roadmaps, and consumer relations strategies are essential. It is a must staying up to date on any new tools, updates, and capabilities of the platform.  By liaising with key internal stakeholders and making recommendation to central teams, this position is critical in the ongoing improvement and enhancement rollout of the CRM platform structure and architecture, ensuring it works seamlessly across the business areas and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle to ensure an optimal ROI from the MS Dynamics platform.
 

This function is located out of our US Headquarters Marietta, GA and will report directly to the Area Sales Manager – ACE  

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers
  • Management of the MS Dynamics CRM system including troubleshooting and system integrity
  • Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate wins/losses and reasons why
  • Acts as main point of contact for all support, training, and information request
  • Help with data cleaning (merge accounts, delete duplicated records, etc.)
  • Keep customers up to date on latest products to increase sales
  • Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling

 

 

Key-requirements:

  • Ability to work with an integrated, multinational team
  • Knowledge of customer business processes
  • Minimum 3 years of CRM knowledge/experience (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)

 

Skills / Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or comparable experience
  • Proficient English and (preferably) Spanish language skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Highly developed time management and organizational skills
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
