PRIMARY FUNCTION:

 

Lead our digital sales channel to ultimately achieve/exceed revenue, volume, and engagement targets supporting our growth in multiple customer segments.  This includes co-defining digital strategies and solutions to best meet the needs of our industry and customers.  This function could be remote US or hybrid in our US Headquarters, Marietta GA and will report directly to the Segment Sales Leader – Agriculture.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and execute on a digital commercial strategy focused on key customer channels
  • Meet volume, margin, and SGE/contribution along with engagement and satisfaction metrics
  • Monitor/review daily overall business segment and strategy to optimize results
  • Manage dashboard
  • Develop business plans 1-5 years
  • Creates roadmap of digital transformation with team
  • Directly communicates with team of developers and analysts to build tool
  • Builds and owns backlog of the digital tools
  • Prioritizes and reviews user stories
  • Leads user acceptance training
  • Maintain brand and product knowledge
  • Direct responsibility for Business Analyst:  performance setting, coaching for performance and growth
  • Engage with customers
  • Managing and executing promotional campaigns
  • Providing insights on trends to support growth and satisfaction
  • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

 

 

Skills / Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in managing digital or e-commerce sales and marketing
    • Previous experience in e-commerce working in an environment that is constantly evolving and able to identify opportunities and deliver on our commercial plans
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or comparable
  • Experience with Adobe solutions and platform tools along with Google Analytics
  • Be able to influence with impact across cross-functional / matrix structures
  • Be naturally eager to learn and continually develop your own knowledge of e-commerce and share with team
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinker with a tenacity to drive forward change
  • Customer facing experience, as customer contact will be required in this role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to drive a transformation
  • Project Management Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
