Your Impact as Marketing Manager:

  • Formulate and execute annual Marketing Communication Plan in alignment with Area Sales Managers in Canada, USA and LATAM, and Global Marketing Manager
  • Manage regional content creation - copy, images, video - for all communication channels, online (including social media) and offline. Adapt global content to regional requirements.
  • Marketing collateral: manage stock of brochures, presentations, and promotional items. Lead process to update existing material (e.g. implementing new BEKAERT guidelines) and create a new one.
  • Online digital marketing: operational management (content & functionality) of BPR's Customer Engagement Portal in North America (CA, US, MX), monitor key metrics, and coordinate projects to improve its contents and functionality.
  • Fairs and exhibitions: maintain an overview of company presence in relevant events, serve as BPR's contact person with the organizers, manage stand design process (including external vendors), ensure all marketing collateral is in place, carry out post-event analysis to assess its success vs predefined objectives.
  • Media agencies: lead agency selection process for the Americas, manage selected agencies and other external parties in the creation and publication of marketing content.
  • Webinars: manage the organization, prepare content, support execution, and monitor their success.
  • Take part in global marketing communication projects on behalf of the Americas team.
  • Manage regional communication budget

About You

Essential skills & competences

  • Native-level proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor or Masters’s degree with a focus on Marketing & Communication or equivalent proven working experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Communication or Marketing, preferably in a B2B company or an agency working for B2B clients.
  • Previous working experience in an international company working with different countries and multi-cultural awareness.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools. Experience in marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Keen awareness of the latest trends in digital marketing practices, particularly in B2B markets.
  • Well organized, strong attention to detail, able to manage several projects simultaneously.
