Pricing, Revenue & CRM Manager

BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION:

  • Joint responsibility to support and achieve both established Revenue and Margin goals
  • Leads the market pricing function across all commercial teams (ACE/ BMC/ Agri/ Energy)
  • Continue to deploy, maintain, and enhance BCE margin management tools into the organization
  • Responsible for tracking and document competitor market price levels to determine acceptable internally low / high parameters in each to provide RSM pricing tools
  • Role is accountable for development and implementation/execution of overall pricing strategy and alignment with philosophy, including pricing performance
  • CRM Development & Implementation
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Administration
  • Co-Development of CRM Features with Global Team to align with NAM Sales Processes
  • Understanding and support of CRM Data inputs
  • Lead Re-Deployment of MS Dynamics CRM to the NAM Commercial Organization

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Expert in all markets of pricing while leading development of pricing strategy across sales and marketing -
  • Performance Dialogues
  • KPI Tracking/reporting
  • Balanced Scorecard

 

  • Manage day-to-day processes of pricing organization (including directing efforts of analysts within pricing function) and provide ad hoc support in pricing questions and proposals for all functions –
  • Sales Success with responsible accounts
  • Evidenced new business development

 

  • Align between functions involved in pricing (especially marketing, sales, finance) and coordinate programs and actions needed to implement recommendations as well as future initiatives that affect net pricing
  • Focus on how to deliver Revenue goals thru potential sales programs/proposals
  • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability and/or specifications to drive higher margins
  • Follow-up with sales on market pricing to maintain database of competitor price levels by region
  • Keep current on products and services by attending training, seminars, sales meetings, etc.
  • Develop and become OWNER of the BCE margin management tools to ensure effectiveness and continuation
  • Interface with manufacturing plant to ensure cost alignment is correct
  • Owner of standard pricing assigned to newly identified low segmentation customers

 

V. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Data Science or equivalent; Master’s degree (preferred)
  • 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in specific commercial fields
  • Excellent organizational and negotiating skills
  • Detail oriented with good written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and SAP interface
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Proactive learner, ambitious and success driven
  • Confident, energetic, and organized
  • Self-motivated
